With over 10 years in product design and 14 years in software development, I bring extensive expertise across roles like scrum master, QA, product owner, business analyst, and project manager. My diverse background, including teaching, nursing aid, and leading international teams, has honed my empathy and user-centrist approach.

I thrive on solving complex problems, from system redesigns to adopting new design systems. My focus is on enhancing user experience and improving organizational processes and communication. As an empath, I value respect, grace, and learning from mistakes to build strong, collaborative teams.

Outside of work, I coach youth sports, stay active with hiking and biking, and perform music. I'm excited to bring my skills and passion for user advocacy to new challenges.
